To Jail She Goes!

After hearing about her proposed sentence for breaking her probation and continuing to drive her car while on a suspended license, Paris was "hurt." According to her Lawyer, the sentence brought down by the judge (which basically stated that she serve 45 days in jail) was downright "ludicrous." Please, like she's supposed to get some type of special treatment because she's Paris Hilton???? What an ass. I will commend him, though, for continuing the use of such a fantastic word: ludicrous. Keeping it alive after the disappearance of Mike Tyson.

In any case, Team Hilton is still fighting the stupid fight and have managed to break the sentence, although not by much. According to TMZ.com, Paris may have to serve as little as 39 of the 45 days if she shows good behavior. Thats right, a whopping 6 days reprieve if she plays nice. Nice job judge. Keep on sticking it to her!

The judge has also ordered that Paris is to receive "no alternative sentencing," which means no ankle bracelet or community service (she just HAS to serve jail time).

FINALLY someone who is willing to stand up to the idiots in Hollywood who just appear to think they can do whatever the hell they want...just because they are famous. Paris better be careful in jail too, from what I heard on the radio the other day the Ladies in there would do whatever it took just to say they got a piece from Paris Hilton (if you know what Im saying).
